    PREMIUM fully understand and appreciate the complexities and constraints of working in the confines of sovereign branding and the use of special events to deliver and place key media messaging as the core desired outcome. This includes integrating and extending the brand awareness of the event and culture of Saudi Arabia from the very first moment, which sets much of the tone of the event. With our experience in sovereign base branding using live event production during the past two decades, we have developed not only a rock solid management structure, but also flexible infrastructure and tried and tested methodologies to assure delivery of complex projects. We understand the diverse expectations and demands from our client. We know that our journey is one we take together, with our colleagues and our clients; we work hard to make every step of that journey an enjoyable one. We will collaborate with a number of key stakeholders and partners in the development of the event format, and we will be responsible for building, leading and managing a world class team of producers, creators, designers, performers, technicians and production personnel to scope, plan, create and produce the events. An outline of responsibilities follows.

    Develop the strategic plan, delivery model and organization structure for the successful delivery of the event

    EVENT FORMAT

    • Direct all project management processes including the development and management of the Master Schedule (including all creative, venue, technical, production, personnel and performer schedules)

    • Ensure the full integration of events with all other functional areas

    • Propose and implement agreed reporting protocols and communication

    SHOW CONTROL

    • The management of the programming for the event, from running of rehearsals through to the running of the show or "show calling"

    • Development and management of the rehearsal schedule and its integration with the technical production schedule

    • The day-to-day management and support of the staff and volunteers including community outreach, recruitment, and data management

    CREATIVE

    CREATIVE

  • Secure and manage the Creative Lead(s) to develop, design and deliver the creative concepts and vision for the event format.

  • Ensure the events reflect the people and the culture of Saudi Arabian highlighting the country's culture, traditions and modern ideas.

  • Develop the core creative concept and present this to the client for approval.

  • Provide the overall creative concept, from inception through to delivery.

  • Provide creative direction through all stages of the project, including the production options appraisal, production, rehearsals, delivery and debrief.

  • Ensure that the agreed creative concept remains throughout the production and rehearsals process and is ultimately delivered as envisaged.

  • Identify and recruit lead artists, performers, composers, choreographers, costume designers, set designers, etc. To ensure the concept is expertly delivered.

  • Ensure all protocol elements are successfully delivered In accordance with the client's requirements.

  • CREATIVE OPERATIONS

  • Lead and manage all finance, procurement, legal, and administration processes for the project.

  • Direct the development and operational management of the Event budget and provide status reports to the project stakeholders.

  • Identify and achieve all regulatory approvals required of the production in collaboration with all stakeholders.

  • All logistical elements of project, working in collaboration within all functional areas.

  • All radio transmission licenses and equipment that may be required in support of the project.

  • TECHNICAL & OPERATIONS

    TECHNICAL & OPERATIONS

    • All technical support required for the delivery of the Project and its events including, but not limited to lighting, audio, video, data, communications, staging, special effects, primary and back-up power, CAD and show control.

    • Oversee the specification, supply and delivery of all technical and production services required for the successful delivery of the project and its events including stages, audio, lighting, video, communication systems, rigging equipment and flying systems, power, special effects and pyrotechnics and all other related show support materials.

    • Oversee venue restoration and re-commissioning at the conclusion of the project operations.

    • Oversee show operations requirements including management and supply of all staff and performer logistics and operational requirements including but not limited to: Accommodation, accreditation, catering, welfare, travel, ground transportation, security and medical.

    • Oversee all venue and back-of-house requirements including production and overlay and occupational health and safety requirements.

    • Providing and managing all essential resources in terms of people, IT services and equipment (including as may be required at the venues, including Internet services), facilities and provisions that enable a successful delivery of the project and its events.

    • All logistical elements of the project, working in collaboration with all the stakeholder's functional areas.
